As a valued member of the Mastora Loyalty Club, this program is a way of thanking all of our loyal Customers by rewarding you with exclusive benefits and services as well as correctly maintaining your Land Rover to retain it's true value should you wish to sell or part exchange it in the future.
We are now in our 16th year of trading and we just wouldn't be here without the loyal following we have, so thank you. To sign up, we will need you to pop in and give us some details or alternatively email and once approved, we'll get your Membership sent to you in the post.
Evidence of previous work being carried out by Mastora is mandatory to join. We will have a record of this, so don't worry about presenting invoices etc. You will then receive a welcome pack that will give you all the info you need, plus a smart membership card that you can keep in your wallet or purse. Your membership number will be linked to your profile, so it doesn't matter if you change vehicles or add an additional one - the benefits are for all of your vehicles once you join, though each additional vehicle would incur a one off charge of £20.00.
For a one off joining fee of £20.00 per vehicle, you can receive over a £1000 worth of discounts and benefits over three years!* And if you have more than one vehicle, then that's double, or even triple the savings!

Dedicated Booking Team
We have a dedicated booking service just for you. We will endeavour to fit you in at your earliest convenience and prioritise your booking.
The booking service will be available to you for setting up Priority Service Appointments, Repairs and Sales and to receive your feed-back, improvements, suggestions or even complaints.
All aimed to continuously improve and bring excellence to our customer service.

Discounts and Benefits
As a member of the Loyalty Club you are entitled to specific discounts and benefits upon presenting your card at the moment of the transaction.
Please note that all discounts and benefits are subject to change and continuous updates.
1. Dedicated team with Member Area Login and Priority Booking via online portal.
2. Referral Appreciation
Introduce a family member or friend and once the transaction is completed you will receive a referral appreciation of a £25.00 Gift Card that can be redeemed against any Service, Repair or Accessory at Mastora. Referee will receive a £15.00 gift card, redeemable in the same way. (*)
3. 10% Discount as standard on all Servicing. We may offer additional Discounts throughout the year, whereupon we will notify you via email. This can include savings and discounts on Parts & Accessories, as well as discounts on routine repairs. Our servicing is carried out in accordance with the service schedule set out by Land Rover. It is completed by our trained technicians, using only genuine or OE quality parts and is designed to keep your vehicle at the absolute peak of performance and maintain your warranty cover. Servicing by Mastora will NOT invalidate your three year manufacturer's warranty.

1. The above discounts apply only to the card holder as per the full name and the Membership Number reflected on the card.
2. The above discount conditions are applicable to standard pricing and are not cumulative with special offers and whichever is better will apply (*).
3. *£1000.00 discounts over 3 years is based on current pricing and subject to change. This includes using the maximum discounted benefits every year totalling £342.70 inc VAT per year. This doesn't include the savings in the additional benefits of free top ups and 20% off Troop London.
4. Any servicing or repairs carried out by any other workshop throughout the time you are with the Loyalty Club will invalidate your Loyalty Club Membership with immediate effect, unless due to emergency breakdown or while away from the area.
5. Recent work undertaken by Mastora must be within one year.
